Despite the fact that it was my mess up and Alexis had another family checking out that day at 11:00, they did everything to accommodate my mess up including offering to let me use their personal fridge to keep my groceries cold. They were friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us. The house itself is incredibly comfortable. Sofas made for lounging, a very well appointed kitchen, appliances were all good quality and the pool — well we spent a lot of time in the pool. The location was very family-friendly and included tons of extra amenities to make the stay easier for those with kiddos! The space was clean and ready to go! The AC system is top notch and the pool was maintained daily. Plenty of space to stretch out, with sensible rules and easy check-out. The playground area even entertained the older children. This home was exactly what we expected. The host were right next door and very responsive to any questions.
